Called this place twice. The first customer service gave a very low price for my accident car but I agreed, called again to ask them to tow my car, but the second customer service pretended not to hear me but just ignoreded the deal and asked a lot of stupid questions and then cut 50% off the price her colleague gave. This is a company without integrity. Avoid this place if you want to discard your car for a better price.
Shout out to the employee who have evaluated the condition of the part and gave me a discount. Be sure to arrive in the morning because its always gets crowded in the noon. Also, be sure to bring your own tools and recheck missing tools before leaving the car you are working on after part dissembling.
As well, try to be friendly if you saw someone arrived before you, ask him what parts he need to pull.

I was gifted with a hit & run today. Luckily I found a Kenny U-Pull nearby and I was able to repair the car by myself within 1h and it only costed $25
I regularly go to 2 different Kenny U-Pulls every couple of months or so in the Montreal area. Excellent choice, I am okay with the idea of pulling out parts however the admission fee is getting a bit high now especially if going for only 1 part. I think that it should either be inexistent or lower as a token only, like it used to be in the past. Cost of parts have gotten more expensive but still an excellent alternative to dealer's new parts.

If you need a car part 100% go to this place. you'll feel like at an apple store compared to all the other trash places around montreal.
What a great experience. The only issue was the lack of green Honda Accords, please add more. There's one near Marche Jolee , it's parked next to a mattress, take that one.
